Differential Scanning Calorimetry / Differential Thermal Analysis (DSC / DTA).

DSC and DTA quantitatively determine temperatures of conversion and enthalpy for solids and liquids by measuring the heat flux from a sample and standard or to a sample and standard as a function of temperature or time. 



Thermogravimetry (TG).

Thermogravimetry (TG) determines the weight change of the sample as a function of time and temperature, which occurs at a given temperature program in a defined atmosphere. Instrument is called a thermobalance. 



 Simultaneous Thermal Analysis (Thermogravimetry and DSC) (STA).

STA combines two or more methods of thermal analysis. The classic simultaneous method is the combination of thermogravimetry with DSC or DTA.



Dilatometry / Thermomechanical Analysis / Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DIL / TMA / DMA).

Dilatometry is the preferred method for precise measurements of dimensional changes of a solid when heated. The load can be further defined by means of thermomechanical analysis. Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) measures viscous-elastic properties by applying an oscillating force to the sample.



Dielectric Analysis (DEA).

Dielectric Analysis (DEA) measures changes in ion dipole orientation and mobility in the polymer and cross-linked systems when exposed to AC. The DEA method can be used for online-processes (e. g. vulcanization monitoring) with a supersensitive sensor.



Thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity.

Laser Flash Apparatus (LFA) is common for the thermal diffusivity determining, in which  an increase in temperature of the sample, caused by absorption of laser flash energy, is recorded. Using the heat flow measurer HFM, GHP and Thermal Conductivity measurer TCT  one can measure thermal conductivity of insulating and refractory materials.



Test refractory materials.

Refractoriness under load (RUL) and creep in compression (CIC) measure resistance of the sample under a load deformation as a function of temperature and time. The Hot Modulus of Rupture (HMOR) is determined by a special bend when heated meter. The melting behavior is described by the Pyrometric Cone Equivalent (PCE).



Gas Analysis / Couplings.

Mass and infrared spectrometry allows you to register and identify the gases released during heating. Our devices are perfect for pairing with a quadrupole mass spectrometer or FT-IR spectrometer.
